Google's AI answers now sit above your rankings
AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity answer local questions before anyone scrolls to the results. Those answers get built from Google Business Profiles, reviews, and structured content. If yours are thin, the AI recommends someone else.
- Both packages track how you appear in AI Overviews
- Domination adds schema markup, entity cleanup, and llms.txt
- Monthly AI visibility report alongside your rankings
How the first 90 days run
Audit and baseline
Full site and listings audit, geo-grid baseline screenshots, and a keyword map for your market. You see exactly where you start.
Launch sprint
Profile optimization, on-page fixes, citations, speed pass, and review automation. The heavy one-time work ships first.
Monthly cadence
Content publishes, pages get optimized, reviews come in, and the geo-grid gets rescanned. Same checklist every month, receipts included.
90-day decision
Report against baseline. Renew, change packages, or walk with everything we built. Your call, no hostage terms.
From owners who switched to itemized
"Our old agency charged $3,200 a month and I could never tell you what they did. Now I get a list: 4 posts, 8 pages, 61 reviews requested, grid position 2.1. That is a different relationship."
"The geo-grid map sold me. I could finally see that we ranked #1 at the office and #14 across town where the money is. Ninety days later most of that grid is green."
"I asked three agencies what I would get for my money. Two sent me a deck about their process. One sent me a numbered list with prices. Guess which one I hired."
Screens from campaigns we run
Geo-grids going from red to green, Business Profiles doubling their views, and the AI citation counts nobody else shows you. Pulled straight from the reporting tools.
SEO questions, straight answers
How much do local SEO services cost?
Across the industry, local SEO runs $500 to $3,000 per month for a single location, and national agencies average over $3,000. Our packages are $500 per month for Local Foundations and $2,500 per month for Local Domination, both 3-month terms with every deliverable itemized above.
How long does local SEO take to work?
Expect 60 to 90 days before rankings move in a way you can feel, and 4 to 6 months before the full effect shows in calls and leads. Citations, reviews, and on-page fixes land earliest. Anyone promising page one in two weeks is not being straight with you.
What is the difference between citations and link building?
Citations are directory listings of your name, address, and phone number on sites like Yelp and Apple Maps. They prove your business data is consistent everywhere Google checks. Link building means earning links from other websites, like local news or a chamber of commerce, which builds authority. Both matter, and they are different deliverables with different costs. Our packages include both, itemized separately.
Is there a contract?
Yes, and it is short. Every package is a 3-month term. We do not do month-to-month because SEO cannot prove itself in 30 days. We also do not do 6 or 12-month lock-ins because you should not have to pay for a year to find out if we are any good.
Do you use AI to write the SEO content?
We use AI in the drafting process and a human reviews, edits, and approves every piece before it publishes. Every post is built from your actual keyword data and written for your local market. Nothing goes live without human sign-off.
Will local SEO help me show up in Google AI Overviews?
It is the foundation of it. AI Overviews and tools like ChatGPT pull heavily from Google Business Profiles, reviews, and structured local content. Both packages include AI visibility tracking, and Local Domination adds active AI search optimization: schema markup, entity cleanup, and a monthly AI visibility report.
What happens after the first 3 months?
You get a 90-day report against your day-one baseline and you choose: renew for another 3-month term, move up or down a package, or walk with everything we built. The content, citations, and profile work are yours either way.
Do you optimize my Google Business Profile?
Yes. Full optimization is part of the launch sprint in both packages: categories, services, description, photos, and attributes. Local Domination adds ongoing management with 4 posts per month, Q&A monitoring, and photo updates.
